The Sleeping Beauty Ritual

One steep. One mask. One quiet eye-close.

Inside the bundle

• Rancho Relaxo 30g. Our sleep, stress and anxiety blend.

• All Heart 30g. Our loving nourishment blend.

• Edible Beauty Sleeping Beauty Purifying Mousse 50g. A natural, plant-led sleep mask.

• A rose silk eye mask in a matching silk pouch.

The ritual

1. Steep. Pour one of the blends ten minutes before bed. Let it cool in the cup while you move through the rest.

2. Mask. Apply the Sleeping Beauty Mousse to a clean, dry face. Leave it on as long as you like, or overnight.

3. Close. Slip on the silk eye mask, finish the tea, turn the lights down.

Three small steps. One quiet evening. Real rest.

How this came to be

Edible Beauty has been one of my favourite Australian skincare houses for years. Naturopath-founded, plant-led, and built on the same quiet belief we hold at Heart: that the right plants, used with care, can do most of the work.

When their team reached out about doing something together, the conversation was short. We both wanted the same thing. Not another launch. Just a small, proper pause.

Fifteen bundles. Hand-packed in Noosa. Once they're gone, we don't plan to make them again.
