Directions:

Please note that these brushes should not be used wet. They are best used dry.

Start at the feet. Press firmly and in a circular motion work your way up your legs towards your heart. You can do the same along inside and outside of your arms, across your tummy and breasts.

When you're are brushing remember to always go towards your heart.

To clean: wash under warm water and leave to dry naturally.
